TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancellation of behaviour consultation AND 121 appointments:
Full payment should be made 5 days prior to the consultation or on booking via the website.
If you cancel your appointment a week before the consultation is supposed to happen you are obliged to pay a cancellation fee of £50% of total fee.
If you cancel your appointment 24 hours or less before the consultation is due to take place you will not be eligible for a refund.
If you pay for consultations, packages or a service and you do not arrange for these within 2 months of booking, we are unable to refund, re-arrange or replace with other services for you.
If you have bought a program, you will not be eligible for a refund for any sessions not undertaken if those sessions are not taken within the specified timescale or if it is found that for any reason either party wish to end the working relationship before completion. This includes deeming that the issue was solved after the first consultation.
Tier 1: Sessions should be undertaken or arranged without cancellation over a 6-8 week period
Tier 2: Sessions should be undertaken or arranged without cancellation over a 2-4 week period
Reactive to Relaxed: As above with 6 months maximum duration of course.
If on a legal consult or behaviour consultation the recommendation is that the dog be euthanized you are not eligible for a refund and full fee for the work and report required will be taken.
You recognise that the services offered are designed to provide science-led, force-free advice and suggested protocols to follow to aid in training and behavioural modification. The onus is on you, the client, to do the work needed and to follow the guidance given.
The behaviour of your dog and the liability attached to that behaviour is solely your responsibility and will always remain so.
Muddy Mutleys and Clare Grierson cannot sanction the unethical treatment of any dog in its care by way of client relationship. There is a strict force-free policy whilst working with me at Muddy Mutleys. It is expected to be adhered to at all times. Clare can refuse to work with out if she deems that the welfare of the animal is at stake and a refund will not be eligible.
Payment terms:
We expect payment in full before the start of each course of classes. We regret refunds are not available apart from in exceptional circumstances. Once a course has been embarked on it must be completed within the following time scales:
Group Training: 2 months
Reactive to Relaxed: 6 months
4 Session Program: 60 days
2 Session Program: 20 days
Taking the Strain: 30 days.
Once these sessions have been started, refunds will not be available for any remaining sessions should the agreement be terminated by Trainer or Client.
It is the trainer’s discretion to terminate an owner’s place in a class if the owner does not pay, notify of cancellation of a lesson or displays unacceptable behaviour towards other owners, dogs or trainers.
In the event that the weather is prohibitive or we are closed due to Government recommendation lessons will be offered online as a full and direct replacement.
